Power steering belt tightening

There are two bolts through the plate it is mounted to where it attaches to the engine. One on top and one below the pump. You loosen those and use a bar to move the pump and tighten the belt. The belt should deflect approximately 3/8 of an inch when pushed down between the pulleys. Then tighten the bolts to 30 ft lbs.
