Power steering loses power when the van is warmed up?

Hi,
Have you noticed any leaks? Are there any odd sounds or odors when it fails? Are the PS hoses in good condition and not restricted or damaged?
Let me know. Also, I attached the diagnostics for a system with a loss of assist. There isn't one specific to temp. Take a look through the diagnostics and let me know if you are comfortable performing them.
