Power steering mis leaking from the pressure hose at the steering gear?

The power steering lines have seals which must have gone bad, but I would check the fitting to make sure it is tight. Here is what I am talking about. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.
