I have a leak that I had fixed one time so I thought I had replaced a O ring on the top of the pump. it worked fine for a while then it started back leaking from the bottom of the pump from a small round brass piece. how do I fix it?

see picture. make sure it is not coming from area where arrow is. if it looks like bolt try to tighten a little not very much or check to see if it is an o-ring on the bolted connection by arrow. it may be the bolts have loosened a little so it may be leaking there and getting blown back.
