Power steering fluid leak

My wheel suddenly tightened up and I pulled over and checked the power steering fluid. The fluid was empty. I proceeded to fill the power steering fluid but while doing so it just poured out underneath. What could be the cause of this?

Good afternoon,

It could be a hose or the steering gear. You need someone to look at it for the source of the leak.

I attached a picture of some possible areas that could be causing the leak.
