So their is a rubber tube that has got a crack in it and is leaking my power steering fluid, the fluid is still full so it must not be leaking much but now whenever I'm turning it is impossible to turn the wheel with my foot on the break, as long as I am gassing it, it turns fine. I was wondering the estimated cost for repairing this, labor included. Only looking for an estimate doesn't have to be exact.

If the fluid is full then replacing the leaking hose is not going to restore your power steering. Also I have never heard of a power steering hose called the bellow .There is a pressure side one and a return hose.
