Power seats don't work and neither does either of the automatic sliding doors.

for doors scan for codes as it may be a body module problem and then check if circuit breaker in fuse box if sending power to switch it may be switch or check to see if switch sends power to motor. a pro will have to scan for codes auto parts can't do it.

I heard this was a common problem and that power seats and sliding doors both are affected.

the switch is the one that operates the seats. body module is item 7 in pic. If you replace it a pro has to program it to your vehicle as they are vin specific

rh side of dash but a pro has to use his scanner to match to your vehicle if you have ideas of replacing it your self.

I guess you mean it is under the dash, and not in the fuse panel.
What about the power seats? I will check for power on the plug under the seats. Both don't work.

yes it's under the dash for the bcm and really don't kow why you wan to find it. as for switches see if power is going to them if not it can be the circuit breaker in fues panel is bad or a short in wiring.

You mention that a pro would have to change the bcm. That was one reason for contacting you. I know they charge about 85 an hour at the dealerships.

any garage with a pro model scanner can do this not only dealers.

I Have no power to seat switches, but have power leaving fuse for the seats.
When I push the switch for the automatic door, I hear a click just behind the rh sliding door.

there is a circuit breaker for seats check that it's in fuse box I cannot get into manual so I can't give anymore answers at the moment try tomorrow if you could. my manual is online. if you are h earing a click in one door then the motor might be shot but I ned the manual to trace a few things first.
