Power mirrors are not getting power

I checked the fuses and they are all good but my power mirrors are not getting power I think. I checked the plug on the door switches on driver side and they look good. What could it be and how do I check it to see if it is the motor or not? My friend left the window down during rain and it got wet, so please if anyone could help me out I would greatly appreciate it. thanks.
