Starts up fine, but no power. Also, the blower motor will work with acc on but when you start the engine no more blower.

Hi,
Did the blower motor issue start at the same time as the speedo and tach issue? Let me know that. Also, I need you to scan the computer to determine if there are any useful diagnostic trouble codes.
This vehicle has an OBD1 system that doesn't require a scan tool for retrieving codes. All you need is a short jumper wire or even a paper clip will work.
Follow the directions in this link and let me know what you find:
