I would check all 4 fuses, 20, 5, 6 and 40 all in the same box.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-a-car-fuse

If you don't find a bad fuse, then the issue may be the security module/body module not responding to network signals. To test that you need a good scan tool that can communicate with the module and see if it communicates with it to lock and unlock as the tool commands it. There are multiple inputs from the switches and the remote that are linked inside the module. As such it is likely the module. If you want a good tool to use on Fords go look at FORScan.

https://forscan.org/home.html

and the recommended communication link and you would have a tool almost like the factory scan tool.

Okay, can you tell me where the Security module or Body module is located on my Expedition?
And part #?
Here is VIN: 1FMFU18575LA86932
Or I could contact dealer?

The security module is behind the right-hand trim panel in front of the door, it's shown in the third image above. However, you need the scan tool before you can remove it. You need to download its configuration file from it first, then you swap in the replacement and then upload the configuration file into the new one. They don't show the current part number which likely means Ford doesn't stock them any longer, but the dealer might have a way to get one if you need it.

Read on Ford forum that sometimes you can reset a module by removing both battery terminals and touch them together to reset module.
Sometimes you need to remove a certain fuse?
I am thinking this may be time to have dealer work on this.

You could try it. However, I suspect it is something else causing it.
