Hi,

Both seemed to go out at the same and whenever I use the unlock/lock button. I hear a click sound from near the fuse box, the 19 fuse seems to be good and my power windows and mirror adjusters work. I tried switching out the door lock actuator but I can’t seem to find an answer to this problem. Any advice or knowledge on this problem and a possible solution would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,

This could be a problem with your vehicle's Generic Electronic Module (GEM) going bad. In the diagrams down below I have included the wiring diagrams for the power door locks circuit for your vehicle, the GEM wiring diagrams, and the instructions for the removal and installation of the GEM for your vehicle as well. Please go through these guides and get back to us with what you are able to find out.

Thanks,
Alex
