Would not unlock when I used the key fob, when driving, I noticed the solid red airbag light on my dash?

I noticed my car wouldn't unlock when I used the key fob. Then, when driving, I noticed the solid red airbag light on my dash. When my car was off, I tried to press the trunk button, but it would not open. When car was turned off, tried to lock my doors with the button, but it would not. I inserted my key and turn to power the car, and was able to lock my car with the inside lock button and open my trunk, but I'm not sure, but was not able to use the motorized adjust my side mirrors. I believe that is all, I check all my fuses, none seems to be burnt out, but I didn't pull any out to check. I was looking at the fuse diagram, and seems like the things I've talked about are connected to 1 fuse on the interior fuse box.
