Positive camber issue

After replacing all 4 factory riveted ball joints on the front end I have a very noticeable positive camber issue. I knocked out the cutouts for the full adjustment of the cam adjuster bolts and the issue remains. I'm curious what to do to fix and why it's happening?

Just to be clear, you have the kit attached below installed? They are adjusters so that as you spin the bolts it moves the control arm.

These adjusters are offset washers so that as you turn it moves the arm in and out.

So if all you did was install new ball joints, we have to review that process. Did you replace the control arms or just the ball joints?

Hello, I'm Danny.

I've owned a 1997 and a 1989 K1500 so I know these obs Chevrolets pretty well. First, Is your truck stock height or has there been any type of lift kit installed? Next, Were you sure to remove all the knockouts on both sides of the frame brackets? Depending if there is a lift kit and who manufactured the ball joints sometimes instructions are given to install the ball joint under the control arm instead of factory on top location. I've attached a picture below showing where all the knockouts are located. Get back to us and we'll go from there. Hope this helps and thanks again for using 2CarPros.
