Are there two camshaft Position sensors?

Yes. That engine has 4 cam sensors. Bank 1 intake and exhaust and Bank 2 intake and exhaust. Might I ask if you have a code for one or more and what the code is?

P0017 code. The Timing belt was done recently but the code showed up again. Car isn't worth putting any more money into it so just trying to replace sensor. Quick fix, hopefully. Not spending any more money into it. Worst piece of junk ever. Dim headlights, broken brake cable, unbelievably amount of rust on frame, ABS sensor on dash, and etc.....

You mean timing chains were done? All of the chains and sprockets were also changed?
P0017 Exhaust Camshaft Position Not Plausible Bank 1 is commonly a bad cam phaser. In the image that is the EX cam on the left of the image as you look at the front of the engine.
However you can test the sensor easily. All 4 are the same part. Remove two sensors and swap them side to side. Still get the P0017? Likely the phaser. Code changes to
P0016 Intake Camshaft Position Not Plausible Bank 1
P0018 Intake Camshaft Position Not Plausible Bank 2
P0019 Exhaust Camshaft Position Not Plausible Bank 2
It's a bad sensor.

Thanks for advice, so I changed sensors and still same code. So most likely cam phaser. Assuming there also 4 phasers, can same technic be applied moving phasers?

Actually, if I move chain and phaser moves, and cam doesn't, wouldn't that indicate bad phaser.

Phasers are not interchangeable that way. They are spring loaded, so they lock out at low rpm and then move as the system uses oil pressure to shift the timing. Normally they should all rotate together if you are moving them manually, so I would say it's a bad phaser.

How is it possible to get code p0017 twice? First had p0017 then redid timing chains and still have code. Decided to advance Upper chains by ½chain link and proceeded to get p0017, p0016 and a second p0017. So, I put them back to my first position and p0016 and second p0017 disappeared. Only 1 p0017 remained.

You may have seen a pending and a set code, that would show up as two codes on some tool.
