position sensor magnet fell into motor

i have a 2001 dodge durango that i changed the crankshaft position sensor and the magnet from the position sensor fell in the motor and i cant get it out with a magnet or anything . would i be a ble to drive with the magnet in the motor somewhere

Just to be safe, I'd probably remove the oil pan and see if I could find the magnet.
