A/C Blower motor

I need to know what amperage should this blower be at? My reading is 14.2 amps on a 30 amps fuse and the wire is getting hot. :(

If the wire is getting hot it is pulling to much amperage. 14 amps at start up is ok, but then it should drop to about 7-9 amps. Try replacing the blower motor.
