poping noise in front end

been gettng popping noise seems in left front end when taking off, sometimes when stopping or slowing down, have now had both cv axles replaced, just had both upper and lower control arms replaced, both ball joints replaced as the mechanics throught that was the problem, still popping sounds when take off and sometimes when slowing down what else in the suspension can make these popping noises, could it be the main suspension joints on the frame any ideas thanks, phil
