Hi,

This afternoon when I started my car, it shot all the way to the "H". I then discoved that the coolant was empty. We have had an especially cold winter, I had never checked said liquid. I purchased 50/50 coolant (filled it) and proceeded to start my car. It is not overheating. Do I still need to take it in? I've checked the hoses and such, no leak is evident. Thank you in advance.

All you can do is hope. These are all aluminum engines and overheating it can cause severe damage.
