1995 Pontiac Transport with 160,000 miles will not start. When the start ignition key is on the engine turns good, but never starts. Battery is good under load. There is a good spark plug fire. Fuel comes out from the relief valve as the ignition key is turned on. When pressurized to about 20 psi at the fuel pressure regulating valve, the pressure starts going down after about 15 seconds. Troubleshooting code is P0341. Please advise... :(
