1994 Pontiac Trans Am Occasional bogging down while acceler

My car is having some issues that I have had a hard time diagnosing. My car started to hesitate really bad, so I installed a new fuel filter thinking that would help as well as some fuel injector cleaner. My check engine light also came on, but only comes on after the engine has gotten warm, after about twenty minutes. The blower motor comes on as soon as the check engine light comes on as well. Is this a spark plug and wire issue or something else. Any help would be appreciated.
