sunfire eletric cooling fan

I have a 2001 Pontiac Sunfire with 67000 miles. The radiator cooling fan will not turn off, even when the ignitition is turned off. Does anyone know what could cause this?

Check the cooling fan relay by swapping it with another relay. i would think it is bad.
