If just recently changed my clutch on my sunfire and I'm seem to have a problem with my speedometer, when I start the car change gear my speedometer does not move I hit a speed bump and all of a sudden it starts acting up it will go up and down wildely with out showing the right speed, I keep driving press a couple of times my clutch pedal hit another speed bump and it comes back to normal,and it will work fine till i turn off the engine.
do they need to disconnect the speedometer to change the clucth?
is the speedometer connected to the clutch?
