I would like to know the cost of having the motor mounts in my 1998 Pontiac sunfire replaced. It has 78,000 miles on it.

Do they need to be replaced?? is your motor thumping when you take off, or are you just replacing them as a maintance precaution/Suggestion??
You don't need to replace them unless they are broke...Unless you really want to...
but goto autozone.com and you can get a price... Most mechanics will chage you around $100 to replace them. If you buy them from Autozone or Checker first, but it will cost you double if the shop buys them and replaces them too...
