Hi,

Thank you for your time. I am hoping to find some answers.

First the car starting shutting off by it self while driving, like on the freeway... It would start up right away as soon as I pulled over and then it would start up again.

*So far I have replaced the Battery, which Walmart had checked and replaced at store.
*Second I took it to Pep Boys to get a diagnostic test; alternator (check out) started needed to be replaced so they replaced it at shop.
* My brother came by and replaced the fuel filter.

I drove it the next day and drove approx. 20 to and from no problems until the next day in the afternoon I went out to start the car and it would start. The sound was not ticking but ahhh like it wanted to start but couldn't. I stopped because I didn't want to run the battery down. Thank you

Cranks but no start condition-do below:

Get a helper disconnect a sparkplug wire or 2 and ground it to the engine at least 3/16 away from ground -have helper crank engine over-do you have a snapping blue spark? If so-you have a fuel related problem, check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel filter/fuel pump/pressure regulator and listen to the injector/s are they pulsing or hook up a noid light. No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs, coil's resistances, distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors and computer Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it.
