2003 Pontiac Sunfire Windshield Wipers linkage

The connection that connects my windshield wiper and the arm from the motor won't stay together. I can pop it back together, but when I start the wipers it just pops back out. Can I use something to fix this?

go to the parts store and in the "help" section they sell the plastic buttons that wear out causing it to fall off. a whole assortment pack only costs a few dollars. hope this helps
