Hello,
my turn signal flasher on my 2000 needs to be replaced and we cannot find where it is on the car! we bought the part but we tried looking for it in the steering column but all we saw were wires. Would you happen to know where it is?

If you are talking about the light on the gauge cluster (display) (which from what i understand is what you are talking about) Then the dash needs to come off and you need to take out the gauge cluster (display) and open it up to get to that
