Hello everyone

I could use some help PLEASE
the wife has a 2000 pontiac sunfire with 41000 miles
other day it would naut start..so i put a new battery in it..the headlights come on and FLASH then go out and SERVICE light comes on..Please help us..

Borrow or rent a code reader. Hook it up and that will give you your answer or get you really close to it.

Today when i came hoem the wife showed me the headlights...will work on low but on parkin or high beem the flash and go out and service light comes on..i guess i need to get one of the code reader

Well, if the car is safe to drive you can take it down to your local autoparts store and they should be able to read the trouble codes for free.

Thanks for all the advice....i am gonna take it down to autopart place saturday and see what they said..sombody told me it might be the switch?....i dont know anything about them cars

i took it to the autoparts place..and thier scanner woulnt even come on ...he said it was my cars fault..GRRRRRR..help
