The car was parked all of 2008, when I drive it the front end shakes when I go over 30mph. My tires on the front are going bald only on part of the tires. I had a mechanic look at it and he said it was the front struts and someone else said since the car sat for a year the tires are off balance or need new ones..Any Ideas ?
