1998 Pontiac Sunfire radiator

The drain plug on a radiator is at the bottom inside edge on one end cap or the other. You may not be able to see it from the top. A set of those ramps you can drive your car up onto may be the best way to get to it. It will be a plastic screw with tab sticking out to help turn it (like a wing nut). I will often use a pair of pliers to get more leverage, but be careful not to brake it.
