My car has new brakes front and back, but every now and then, when I apply the brakes for the first time, the driver side rear of the car dip's down as if I'm pulling on the e-brake and then there is a load bang and sometimes that wheel will actually skid. Then the next time I apply the brakes they seem to be o.k. Could It be air In the line or could the fluid need to be changed ?
