1996 Pontiac Sunfire ignition control module

Welcome to the forum, for the 2.2 litre engine, the ignition module is under the coil pack and looks like the picture.

where is the coil pack?

If you get under the car, crawl back until you can see up through the motor a bit, just against the walls of the cab. You can actually follow the plug wires all the way to your coils. That is the Easiest way to find them.
