I've replaced the electric cooling fan, replaced the cooling fan relay, replaced the thermostate, and temperature sensor, the fan will still not kick , because of this my car over heats, would like to know what to do so fan will kick on to prevent over heating.

Hello, did you check the fuse and fuse circuit for the cooling fan? I know you replaced the relay, did you check the relay circuits?

I have power at the relay, but the fan still is not kicking on. I was told that the main pcm could be bad, but I'm hoping its not,

There should be two hot terminals at the relay?? Yes the pcm controls the ground on the coil side of relay. Can you check for codes? Some of the national brand autostores will check codes for free, if you can get there without overheating.

Just for testing, there are several ways to see if the fan will run, even without the relay and computer. I'd just want to see the fan run?
