I have a 1996 sunfire...just had a new thermostat,new head gasket,new plugs,new serpintine belt , and tensioner pulley replaced along with having the engine flushed and still doesn't circulate water...had the water pump checked out and was told it was fine also the car makes kind of like a chattering noise and a little bit of a whine. This noise is also coming on the same side that the water pump is on but it seems like it is more towards the back of the engine. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
