The car's RPMs will run high sometiimes but the car doesn't go until the rpms go back down. Its like its slipping gears maybe, I don't know any ideas what this might be..............

Sounds like the tranny is slipping-when the last time you had the tranny serviced? could be low on fluid and also needs replacing
