1994 Pontiac Sunbird Head gasket or not

It was a cold cold night and are car was overheating but we had to make it home or we would frese our a**es off so we let it red line for at least a 1/2 an hour we make it home and now when we go to start it it will rairly start and youed have to keep your foot on the gass all the way to the floor to keep it going it burns a lot of oil. Is it a head gasket or not. thanks for your time
