Engine Mechanical problem
1991 Pontiac Sunbird 6 cyl Automatic 140000 miles

I have a 91 pontiac sunbird, and yesterday when i made a wide turn, the check gages light went on and i heard a clicking sound under the hood. The clicking wont go away, and its pretty loud. i took it over to my neighbor and we looked at it, and he said its the engine. The rod is gone. But i don't think that's the problem. This happened to me a few weeks ago, and it stoped clicking 10 minutes later. Does anyone know whats wrong
