My sister has a 91 sunbird and its flooding it's seft to death. It idles high sometimes and sometimes it don't want to idle at all.I'v have already change the plugs and wires, What could it be?

Has the check engine light come on? Have you checked the temp sensor or the idle air control valve? Finally, have you checked for vacuum leaks or fuel pressure?
