1984 Pontiac Sunbird TBI question

Engine Performance problem
1984 Pontiac Sunbird 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Engine won't start. There is no fuel coming out of injector. Changed throttle body assembly, no change. Changed ECM, no change. There is power to the injector. There is good fuel pressure to TBI, and fuel is cycling back to the tank. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

There is power to the injector. Hook up a noid lite to the injector harness it should be flashing if not you have an open wire or the ground driver circuits on the computer
