Poping in exhaust

I have a 1968 GTO with the 400 engine, 4-speed, mild cam, headers, electronic ignition and Edelbrock manifold and 750 carb. Motor runs strong with no missfiring. When decelerating the engine makes poping sounds thru the exhaust.
