My 1971 Pontiac Grand Prix with 111,000 miles has a bad freeze plug that needs to be replaced. My question is do i replace all the freeze plugs or just the one that is leaking? Is this going to be a costly repair?

Costly? Depends which one leaks, the ones on the side of the engine, if they are easy to get at won't be bad, the ones in the back and in the heads are tough and may require engine removal...Yes costly!

the bad plug is on the right side of the engine and its either the middle or rear. i'm wondering if i should just fix the one that is leaking or the plugs on the sides. i would imagine the plugs on the ends of the block are fine.
