Hello,

Has the Cabin Air Filter evr been changed? If not I would start there.

It is locate behind the glove box. But is accessable from inside the glove box. OPen glove box at the left back side will be the access panel remove it to access filter (there are 2 filters) remove the first one then side the other over to openning and remove. Reverse proceedure to install.
