2000 Pontiac Montana Blinkers not working

The Blinkers will not work. The hazzards work fine with the exception of the drivers rear is very faint. The brights work ok and so do the wipers.
Checked the main ground and it is connected.
Tried to turn the stearing wheel as the blinker switch was on and that made no difference either way.

did you check the flasher
check ground at the bulbs
