Heated Seats Malfunctioning

The driver side heated seat on my Grand Prix GTP is stuck "on" and is extremely hot. I read through the owners manual but cannot find reference to the location of the fuse to at the very minimum turn off the heated seat functionality. Any troubleshooting tips to fix the seat or to turn off the heat to the seat?

I didn't see model year listed, I looked at 2001 year. note the diagram, The 15 amp fuse should be for heater element voltage. I believe the label for the fuse in the diagram is wrong. I followed the fuse circuit in the diagram, the 15 amp fuse is the proper one.

I realize this is an old post, in the future hope you don't have any vehicle issues, but, if you do, keep the site in mind. They are always working to improve the site and it's free to ask a question.
