I have a 2000 pontiac grand prix GT; 119,000 miles. The problem is that when I turn on the fan it blows next to no air through the vents unless I put it on the highest level. And then it blows lots of air through the vents and makes a screechy noise...like the fan belt is going bad or loose. And when the fan is on there is also a leak that comes from the front passenger side toward the the top of the floorboard and leaks what seems to be water all over the floorboard. Please help!!!
