can my grand prix have 22's in rms and tire on it with changin anything

Most custom wheel shops can tell you. Their web sites have wheel size limits on most cars.

One problem with large diameter rims is the tire profile is so low that even hitting a pot hole can damage the rim, sometimes to the point it has to be replaced.
