While the engine is running the rear defog, heater blower and ac do not work, The dashboard lights are on and indicate the headlights are on, they ar not but the parking lights and fog lamps are.
When the key is turned on but the engine is not started the rear defog, heater blower, and AC work and no dashboard lights are on. I am stumped, any help you can give me on this would be appreciated.
