Heater problem
2001 Pontiac Grand Prix 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 2001 grand prix, when I first start my car, the heater blower works for about 3 minutes then cuts off. I will stay off until I let my car set for about 15 minutes, start the car and it works for another 3 minutes. And it only works on the speed of 5. It works on all the setting as far as floor, vent, defog. any ideas?
Update: now it seems as the blower does not come on even after sitting. I have checked the fuse and not blown. I check the manual and could not find the heater blower fuse so I checked both the HAV fuses.
