2001 Pontiac Grand Prix Engine Swapping Cost

Engine Mechanical problem
2001 Pontiac Grand Prix 6 cyl Automatic 121000 miles

If I have the engine ordered and delivered to whatever company I choose. What would the pricing be like to have them Swap it out and possibly flush the system out.

I recently blew the heads in the vehicle and want to replace the engine.

3.1 L V6 engine

Also if anyone can help me find a mechanic in Delaware it would help. One that can do the Engine Swapping with Warranty.
