Transmission problem
2000 Pontiac Grand Prix 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 167k miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
I own a Grand Prix GTP and when I go out to start my car if it hasn't been driven in awhile it will idle as if it wants to stall...it never does however, I also notice that it appears to be throwing off more exhaust than it should almost as if it may be burning oil. I just had my AIC valve replaced last winter when the car would only start if I kept my foot in the throttle. Also my car seems to have had a major loss in power. It doesn't accelerate properly and when climbing a hill it will jump back as if the gears were slipping...any thoughts?

If you are not getting any PCM codes, it may be the supercharger, bearings or impellers.
