I REPLACE THE STARTER AND BATTERY MY CAR STILL WONT START. WHAT COULD IT BE

Make sure power wire from battery is clean and tight. Starter grounds to block.

It is either a connection or the ign. switch. It could also be the park/neutral safety switch.
